Diverse environments must not only commit to being inclusive spaces that foster belonging, these environments must contend with the conflicts that arise from competing values, experiences, priorities, and limited resources.

However, conflict is not necessarily destructive. With the appropriate response and actions, conflicts carry the potential to compel change, creativity and innovation.

Dr. Jojo trains leaders and learners to assess their personal responses to conflict, and equips them with tools to map and respond to conflicts concretely and constructively.
